About Mandy

Mandy Wu is senior accountant for CompassPoint. She is focused internally on CompassPoint’s finances and operations.

She finds work in the nonprofit sector rewarding and has been doing it for over two decades. Before joining CompassPoint in 2001, Mandy worked for the Women’s Alcoholism Center and Swords to Plowshares. 

“The work we do affects the community and helps bring about social change,” she says. “CompassPoint’s programs have a great impact on the community, and that’s why I like working here.”

Mandy is originally from China and now lives in San Francisco. She enjoys volunteering with her children’s schools, including helping out with school field trips and fundraisers.
