Developing Leaders

Developing Leaders

Our Approach

We design and deliver cohort leadership development programs and learning communities. These programs range in length from three months to multi-year, depending on the project. To work at this depth, we often partner with foundations that share our commitment to social change and to leadership development.

These programs combine a set of core methodologies, including teaching, peer learning, coaching, and practice
