Welcome to the Community Hub!

This is a space for you to explore all of the resources and benefits that come with your Peer Network membership.

We're excited to keep building these networks with you in the spirit of mutual support and disrupting oppressive practices in finance and human resources.

Getting Started

You can send messages to each listserv by emailing: fpn@lists.compasspoint.org (Finance) and hr-bayarea-npo@lists.compasspoint.org (HR), respectively.

New members for 2025: you will be able to send and receive messages, and access our platform, as of February 1, 2025. Thank you for your patience!

Introduce yourself 

Send a short message to let folks know who you are, what your role is, what organization you work with, and what you're excited to learn more about. 

2025 Gathering Schedule

There will be a total of 6 gatherings in 2025, which will alternate between in-person/hybrid and virtual. We may hold additional gatherings depending on need and staff capacity.

Updating Message Frequency Preferences

To update your message preferences, log in to lists.compasspoint.org and click Subscriber Options to toggle between "standard", "digest plaintext format", or "rich digest messages attached".

Accessing the Listserv Archives

The listserv archives are a treasure trove of useful information! To access the archives:

  • Go to lists.compasspoint.org and log in with your email address and password in the upper right-hand corner. [Note: this username / password are different from your CompassPoint profile which you use at compasspoint.org to register for trainings.] 
     
  • If you don’t currently have a password, log in with just your email address and the system will recognize you as a member and prompt you to create a password.
     
  • View the video on the right for more information on navigating and searching the archives. 

 

     

     

    Discounted CompassPoint Trainings

    As a thank you for your membership purchase, you receive 20% off of one 2025 CompassPoint workshop or new program registration. This can be used by yourself, or someone else at your org. To use your discount, visit our workshops or new programs pages and use the code(s) that were provided in your confirmation email. If you need support, email workshops@compasspoint.org or jessyz@compasspoint.org

    To learn more about how to use the discount and its restrictions, please visit our cancellations and transfer policy page. These codes are eligible on registrations made through December 31, 2025.

    Please do not share these codes with folks outside the networks.
